Sections

St.Teresa’s Convent School’s Pre-Primary level(Little Kingdom) started in the year 1991 with 26 students on roll. It began as a Pre-Primary School consisting of Nursery, Lower and Upper Kindergarten with English as medium of instruction.

St. Teresa’s Little Kingdom is having three sections. They are Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG. Further these sections are divided into four divisions. These divisions are named after the great personalities like - Mother of Mount Carmel, St. Teresa of Avila, St. Teresa of Lisieux, St.Kuriakose Elias Chavara. It is to include in the students the value system they have in their lives and to get blessings of these great personalities.
Curriculum is the way to get the knowledge but the special attention is given to extra and co-curricular activities as mere academic excellence is not sufficient for the building of character. Rounded skills are required to prepare the children to face the future and become worthwhile citizens. To maintain discipline and to inculcate within the student the importance of Leadership, Parliament members are selected who take a pledge to uphold the honour and values of the school. The badges are presented to the members and they are briefed about the duties required to be performed by them. Special Assemblies are conducted to mark the National festivals as well as Colour Days through, dances, speeches, songs etc. on the stage.
